I normally wouldn’t stay at a Quality Inn. I stayed here based off of good reviews and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. Room was newly remodeled and the entire property is undergoing renovations. It was super clean and several restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely come back.

my room was very clean and roomy with a big TV and comfortable bed with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker plus other amenities, the staff were excellent

Staff is great, continental breakfast is good. The rooms are what you would expect for the price. My first stay here in May if 2023 was great. In November, they are remodeling. Cleaning staff could be better. The refrigerator in my room is non operational and there were drinks left from the previous guest. The receptacles by the bed do not work, you’ll have to bring a charging block an plug into a wall outlet or the bedside light. The Wi-Fi is non existent as well.

Good thing I made advanced reservations - move in day @ Penn State. All hotels sold out. Front desk is staffed with friendly & helpful people. Nice coffee & tea station and nice breakfast area with food & beverage stations …

Upgraded to a king size suite. Very comfortable and was able to get work done. Three things, one was a domestic dispute that happened two doors down screaming and obscenities, they didn't replenish the coffee in my room and the freezer in the fridge had 2 inches of ice surrounding the freezer compartment and I had to manually defrost it. Overall a pleasurable experience

The internet is next to non-existant. It's 2024 and most hotels offer high speed internet. The rooms are clean and the staff are nice...100 a night...the internet needs to atleast load Netflix without it being pixelated and buffering...so here we are in this clean room but bored....
